From what i know, they both connected via wifi, not bluetooth.
1. Is it possible to make it work?

Mouse uses a Synapse app running with windows startup, headset uses Astro Comand Center as a stand alone app.
For your first question, it might be possible but you would need to know more about how to communicate with the mouse and headset. Most of these apps use proprietary methods to communicate with the hardware. If you can figure out how to query the hardware, then it is possible in theory.
There are PowerShell commands that could allow you to query your devices if they were using Bluetooth. Not sure about WiFi though; if the device has a networking API exposed you could query it.
