Help: Rainmeter Skins • Re: Interfacing with Media Players

The README files describes how to change settings including how to point lcars to your media player.
In the LCARS SETTINGS there is PERSONAL DATA AND APPS button, and clicking it you will see the MEDIA PLAYER option.
As README file describes, the MEDIA PLAYER option will display a tooltip bubble with the options which you can enter.

As you see, I figured it out purely by walking throuhg the skin iterface itself, without any prior knowledge. Prior experience with developing skins helped me a bit with the intuition part, but not with operating and dissecting through his particular skin. Well, I actually got lost in it, as it looks to me like a large command center with a lot of various visual elements. I would say that changing something in this particular skin requires knowledge of this particular skin.
HA HA! Well, Active Colors, color me sheepishly red with embarrassment right now! O.O

Yes, I had gone over the README file but couldn't make sense out of it, mainly due to my own overthinking and UNhelpful insistence that everything look exactly as is described in said files.

Well, it's not exactly as described to a T, but it is basically what is written there. The ONE thing I wasn't getting is that what I THOUGHT was a read only screen, is NOT, in fact, read only. So here's where the setting is, actually right there in the UI, no code editing necessary whatsoever.

This is where the README file states as, "programs and Apps section," (most likely from a previous version and the README was just never updated).

And this is where I didn't realize the info shown is actually editable. As you can see, I simply changed the player there to iTunes and it's working just as expected now.

Although I didn't need to do any code editing for this purpose, this skin does incorporate a background sound loop that, to me and my wife, is pretty annoying, so whilst looking about for the player codes, I happened to stumble over the background sound file and disabled it. Loving this interface now! Over time I plan to tweak the colors. I find them way too bland.

Thanks for everyone's help!
